My boyfriend is from the Dominican Republic, and he loves plantains. He cooks them a LOT and I have yet to find the appeal, but I do find it interesting his preparation.
I can already tell this album is going to be amazing. You rock. I wish there was a way to have your most recent photo on my desktop or igoogle page. I might find a way. P.S.
